Where Marketing Meets Machine Learning

We started Aloraoraex back in 2019 because the advertising industry needed something it wasn't getting — practical education that actually connects AI capabilities with day-to-day marketing work. Not theory for theory's sake. Real skills for real campaigns.

Our programs grew out of frustration, honestly. Linnea spent years watching talented marketers struggle with data tools they didn't understand, while Callum saw brilliant technical people who couldn't communicate with creative teams. There had to be a better way to bridge that gap.

So we built one. Right here in Quebec City, we've developed a learning environment where advertising professionals can get comfortable with AI — and where technical folks can understand what marketers actually need.

Built By People Who've Done The Work

Linnea came up through traditional advertising — media planning, creative strategy, the whole progression. But she kept hitting walls when campaigns needed better targeting or performance analysis. The technical side felt like a foreign language, and most training was either too basic or completely over her head.

Callum had the opposite problem. He could build sophisticated models and automation systems, but translating that into something account managers or creative directors could actually use? That communication gap killed promising projects before they started.

When they met at a marketing technology conference in 2018, they realized hundreds of professionals faced the same disconnects. Good marketers needed accessible technical education. Strong developers needed to understand advertising strategy.

Aloraoraex emerged from that realization. Not as a traditional school, but as a practical training ground where both sides could meet in the middle — and learn to speak each other's language.

How We Got Here

2019: Starting Small in Quebec City

Launched with twelve students in a borrowed office space. First cohort focused on basic Python for marketers — nothing fancy, just practical automation that saved people time on repetitive campaign tasks.

2020-2021: Remote Pivot and Growth

Like everyone else, we moved online fast. But it actually opened things up — suddenly students from Vancouver, Toronto, and Halifax could join programs without relocating. Our enrollment tripled as working professionals discovered they could learn without career interruptions.

2022: Advanced Program Development

Added specialized tracks in programmatic advertising, predictive analytics, and creative automation. Brought on instructors from major agencies who could teach real platform implementations, not just theoretical frameworks.

2023-2024: Partnership Expansion

Started collaborating with marketing departments and agencies for custom corporate training. Companies wanted their teams upskilled without losing talent to long educational leaves — we built programs that delivered exactly that.

Current Programs Running Now

Seven active learning tracks covering everything from fundamental AI concepts for marketers to advanced machine learning for campaign optimization. We're currently enrolling for programs starting throughout the year — no waiting for arbitrary semester schedules.
